Matt,
If the thread is a 1/2 20 thread,you might try ARP .They have a number of different wheel studs in different lengths and spline sizes. I get all my 7/16 20 wheel studs from them.
As I remember ,I chose a drill diameter about half way between the stud diameter and the spline diameter....about .010 to .015 should allow the splines to dig in to the hub and keep everything tight.
