They all have the same specs, but are contracted out to different manufacturers. My original 4x8' foldable was made by Long Chin, but the 3.5x4' I have now was made by US General. The bearings for both of them are exactly the same.
I talked to Harbor Freight today and they told me bearing size is 25mm. I've used the Northern Tool and Equipment 1" bearings (25mm = .98425 inches) and they've worked fine.
Harbor Freight will sell them to you over the phone only and they are on backorder with a six week lead time
