Compound reference:
C7 = hard compound
C5 = medium
C3 = soft

The posting states the manufacture date is 2013 or newer. Seems suspicious...

I bought my RA1s just this year with a 2013 manufacture date and they were perfectly fine.

Yeah, I wouldn't say it is suspicious. It does say 2013 or newer, which tells me they are getting them through distribution and likely want to cover all of the bases. - AB
