Anyone have a shop that they have had good experience with? I'd rather not send them off to Bilstein US if possible.

I used Hendrick for mine, pretty sure Keith Vail used them for his. 1 week turn around!!!

Yep, that's all true. They did a great job on mine. I've since sold the car but I think John is pretty happy with them. They'll do pretty much whatever you want.

What do they typically charge to revalve? I need to almost double my front spring rates and was going to hold off until I could afford a complete new suspension. Revalving my existing Bilstiens may be an option.

I had mine revalved by Bilstein USA. Cost was $60/shock and they had a 1.5 week turn around. That was a few years ago. You can check current pricing on their website.

Hendrick is $75 a shock, 7-10 day turn around.

Bilstein US told us $65/shock and a 2 month turn around.
