I've found a dirt cheap set of r-comps from tirerack that would fit the bullitt. These are the Hankook Ventus Z214. This has been brought up before, but what are your thoughts on a set of r-comp tires w/ a 2009 build date?

Would you eat a 4 year old loaf of bread? They'll make a great tire barrier.

From my readings, the V3 proposal is pretty set in stone.

Jordan and I did have some discussions last night on what to drive for next year. My final decision will be after driving the mustang at the next non points event. He needs to drive the mustang to see where his comfort level is. If we drive the 3, all I need is tires. If we drive the mustang, we'll have to go into STU and drive it under prepared. I really don't want to remove the springs and shifter off of the car although I was debating that pretty hard, hence the F street tire question. Right now I think FS not an option. STU would allow me to add some toys to the mustang over the next few years as money allows. Better brakes would be a great improvement on that car...

For next year, I really have only 1 driver I'm focusing on.... Jordan. I'm hoping he beats me next year, but he'll have to earn it, I won't give it to him.

As far as I know, yes. Street goes to 200. I do need to read up on this again. If anyone has the cliffs notes version of upcoming changes, I'd appreciate the link...

This is the April Fast Track that contained the original proposal. You will have to look at the May/June/July ones to find the subsequent modifications (one sway bar, no camber plates, etc).
