Looking for some stainless steel plate. Needs to be 1/8" thick. I'm flexible on the other dimensions but something around 6x6" would be perfect. Need 8 of these square/rectangular pieces.

I know I can get 2" strip from Dillon steel, but I'm hoping to get creative and think of something that can be repurposed. First thing I thought of was to cut down some cheap stainless circular sawblades but that would be a pain to make them rectangular. And I don't want the hole in the middle.

Any ideas?

Pots/Pans at Goodwill or junk commercial cooking equipment/benches, etc. at scrap metal dealers?

I assume  you checked McMaster so you are hoping for a less costly alternative.

1/8" thick 6" wide

8992K311 21.47 for one foot long
8992K313 48.64 for 3 feet long
