For competition use? About -3.5 front, -2.5 rear works for me.

It depends on a lot of things...

In my '73 Celica I have about -2.25 in front and 0 in the rear. The rear isn't adjustable, so it doens't matter what I want.

I would like a little closer to -3 up front and have the adjustments to get there, I just need to do it (even at just over -2 it's very tire friendly).

If you are specifically asking about your corolla, there is nothing you can do and still remain stock legal (better find that back bumper too).

just curious for when I deside to "upgrade" the poor little thing, as far as the back bumper, it wasn't there when I gave 200 dollars for it, and I haven't spent anything on it 'cept for tires, working on a rear bumper at work, still in the design phase though
