Mike,
Doesn't polyurethane squeak with time, especially when wet? I have a 35 year old piece of Delrin in my office here as a decoration (I guess) that I bought to make some bushings on my Capri way back when. You're welcome to cut a chunk off the end of it if you end up with squeaky-squeaky.

This car has so many other squeaks and rattles it will hardly matter. I have a grand total of $2100 in the car as it sits, and needs another $150 or so to make it track worthy!
Those limiters aren't going to squeak, as they really aren't compressed or under load at all. They are just there to stop the RTABs from being able to move too much in or out.
