Can anyone recommend a local mechanic that understands how to do work on a rotary engine?

My RX8 is fine, but a friend's is... not. He's tried a bunch of stuff and asked me if I knew of mechanic I trusted with rotaries, but since I haven't had any engine trouble with mine (yet), I haven't dealt with a mechanic for engine troubles. Any help is most appreciated.
