Every year. Sorry. But with this deal, doesn't matter.

I took my employees there yesterday for an xmas celebration and had a blast. To give them an extra incentive to win I told them $1,000 would be distributed among the winners, but when they opened the prize envelopes everyone's had $10K in it. :-)

Nope, it was real money. :-) We are hiring for a new position in January, but its very specialized, requiring a BSCS or BSEE or equivalent experience and the ability to tune large web rigs of multiple web, application, and database servers for the highest performance. And enough client skills to tell 'em what they're doing wrong without pissing anyone off.

Yup, I just bought a bunch since it was half-off. That and someone at the office beat me yesterday, and we can't have that!

lol.

i havnt been in probably 2-3 years.

last karts i rode in (other than the ones at frankies) were up at VIRs karting track.. if you like these at rush hour, take a hike up to VIR and drive those. but go when its warm out.

I have zero real-track experience, but have tried both VIRs and Rush Hours. Of the two, VIR's seemed faster to me, and their track is way easier to REALLY get into trouble. There's a long straight at VIR that ends in an turn that slopes down and if you don't brake just right you can really get slammed off the track. (Not that it happened to me, mind you!)

By contrast, Rush Hour's carts were way more stable, you could brake in the middle of a turn and still avoid spinning.

hah! yes. i know of that downhill turn you're talking about.

thats a big warning they give you. and you're right. those karts are a lot faster. we went in Dec, about 2 years ago, and decided to run the carts.

boy was i glad they gave us suits, gloves, and helmet. my hands were nearly frozen on the wheel. none of us could move, but we had soo much fun.

but for the drive, rush hour is perfect.

just wait until you get on a real track, you'll be hooked.
