looks like we're leaning towards frisbee. How many disks do we need to make this work and where can we buy them now? I have none at the house.

there's only one ultimate disc - http://www.discraft.com/ultprod.html

i used to have several but they've all disappeared over the years. anyone want to go in on a bulk order? i like to get leftover club discs, and the price can't be beat: http://www.discshoppe.com/product/UB-GRAB-10

I'm up for this, let me know when you want to order.

I've got my own 175g, but wouldn't mind having another. You can put me down for 1 of the 10-pack.

i've got a bag full of discs from the good ol' days when i played a bunch...anyone want some, let me know...i'd love to go out and play again sometime. stephen, next time you go to harris lake, gimme a call...if i'm available i'll go.

if you are looking for discs, i'd suggest hitting up a Play it Again Sports (Cary, Raleigh, Chapel Hill)...they've got a good assortment of new and used. you really only "need" one disc to play, but if you want to get a couple, just get something for long and mid range and a putter...seriously though, just start with one.

if we get an ultimate game together i'm up for that as well.

TMI.

Too much intake??

I'm game for ultimate or frisbee golf. Kaplan's a rad course between Raleigh and Cary and not too challenging for a beginner if you can avoid the myriad of pine trees.

We already have a small THSCC mountain bike group, why not keep branching out to other things?

Anyone available Sunday for some disc golf? Not so much Saturday, but Sunday the forecast looks ok.

I'd be interested normally, but Sundays are football days. 12 oz curls are the only excercise permitted for me on Sundays.

Let's go at 9AM. With 3 or 4 people, none of the courses around here take more than 2-2.5 hours.

I'd be up for doing something Sunday, but I'm with Jason about the early morning hour... :sleep

Where were you thinking of going? I know how to get to Harris but would need location for anyplace else.
