I was headed up West street in Raleigh the other night and headed to Cameron Village. Traffic was backed up due to the Willmingtion road work and I stuck the nose of my car into the opposing traffic because I was going a different route and wanted to get by this string of traffic.

I was behind a plain white late model Toyota Camry. To my surprise he blipped his blue lights and I kindly got back in line.

So be warned, RPD getting sneaky w/ their cars. No telling what else they have to use. Ever since they got their Corvette, they aren't playing fair....

Not sure if its Cary Police, most likely, or the Sheriff, but there is 2 Dodge Charger a black one and a red one.
I saw them in the Middle Creek High School area and on Kildaire Farm.

Up here in Emm Dee, we have gobs of Chargers, marked and unmarked. We also have a bunch of the newer FWD Impalas too.

I haven't seen anything as sneaky as a Camry, though.

I've seen a black Tacoma with the lightworks over by SAS Soccer Park a couple of times.

We have several unmarked Chargers out in the Garner/Fuquay area. I have seen a Black one, Burgundy one and a pewterish color one too.

Thanks for the heads up on the Camry. 8)

getting worse. My son spotted a mid 90's POS Monte Carlo w/ blue lights this afternoon on Willmington st. They're probably using drug cars now and converting to just city cruzers. Probably not fast, but in town who needs it, besides, you can't out run the radio.

Based on this trend, I'd say anything is now suspect to be a cop car....

That reminds me of the early 90's when the SC Highway Patrol had an E34 M5 that BMW had given them when they were breaking ground on the plant.
