What is it...some kind of conspiracy against me?

I finally got one of the "fast" cars...and a whole bunch of you go out and buy "Faster" cars.

Are you that afraid of me?

yeah..I'm calling you out...you engine swapping...tradingup...and pure race car buyers out there.

(in truth, I am just bummed that I'll be giving the passing signal just as much as I did in the Miata next year).

For those people that might have done something similar to which they are accused, what would you like them to say?

Besides, from everything that you hinted to several months ago, I do believe you got the deal of the year when all things are considered.

Can't deny I got a smoking deal...and this won't keep me from loving the car.

But I have heard that many I have accused of this also found great deals as well. Plus at least two people are breaking new ground (and new parts) with a certain engine swap.

One bright spot of a paranoid economy.

One thing is for sure, we will have some smoking fast times this coming season.

I'll tell you what, Marty, you let me drive yours and I will hand you the keys to mine.... any of them. I will most likely have the Z06 and the 99 hardtop at CMP with me unless the 99 sells.

I have wanted an AC Cobra (replica) since I was about 12 years old. I would love to take one around the track at least once.

We must be the same age, that exact movie is what set the addiction for me as well.

To everyone else, yes, I bought a red 2003 Z06... bone stock and apt to stay that way for a while. Once the Cobras sell, it will get tires, pads, rollbar, harnesses, fire extinguisher, etc.

LOL, you think you guys are surprised, imagine my SVT buddies that have known me in that scene since we bought the 2001 brand new. Oh well, after owning Mustangs for 21 years, I finally gave in.

I will not be entirely happy with the situation until at least one of them is sold.
