I'll be racing this weekend in a sprint triathlon this weekend for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at Kure beach ( http://www.setupevents.com/index.cfmfus ... entID=1176 ) and my buddy decided to do a few "upgrades" on the bike I was going to ride but the problem is I don't trust he'll have it back together in the next 48 hrs.

If anyone has a 56-58cm road bike that's relatively modern, I'd love to ride all 12 miles of the course on in exchange for, say, a 12-pack of whatever you prefer.

I'm a lifelong cyclist and former mechanic, so it will return it more mechanically sound than when I received it if anyone would like to help out.

i have a litespeed titanium road bike, it's 54cm but you're welcome to borrow it. it has a long stem so provided the seat post extends enough you shouldn't be cramped up top.

Jason, here's my old Litespeed during college. Man I miss that bike; so simple & utilitarian.

very nice. i like simple when it comes to bikes, that's why i removed the crappy sti brifters and went with downtube shifters and aero brake levers. good luck in the race!
