ya sorry about the color but cant beat the price

Jeremy, after the dye job I gave it, it looks great! And what a deal - I owe you lunch on Sunday. Hope you like Hardees.

Had the salvage yard angle not worked out, I'd have gone to Capital Ford. Their prices, near as I can tell, are basically the same as the internet places, minus the shipping.

I despised the cup holder in my 98 F150, sounds like your truck had the same one. The one in my 08 F250 is like the one you just got -- MUCHO better!!!

The old one had those rubber ears to hold the cup in place. Trouble was, after ten years, they were worn out and no longer holding anything. The fancy 2000+ design with the spring loaded fingers is awesome...I bet a lot of engineering actually went into that.

I'd be interested in that number. I've been using Tousley from the NW, but would be gla to try someone more local.

Capital Ford's THSCC discount = wholesale. They rule.

Wes,
Do you have to talk to a specific person at Capital Ford? I tried to get some pricing on some parts for my Focus today and they wanted to bend me over the barrel.

The only person I've ever dealt with - in fact, the only person I've seen working behind the parts counter full time - is Beth. I can't speak to the club discount thing though - I get stuff at wholesale already, as a business account holder.

I just went with Tousley instead. They quoted me at less than 1/3 of the price that Capital did.
