I went hunting for a sent PM, and I guess it's long gone from my sentbox. It seems that the limit on inbox and sentbox messages is set at 10 year old storage levels. Hence, I'm just curious if that limit can easily be significantly raised without causing any storage issues on the thscc server. The company that hosts one of my web sites just upgraded my account to unlimited storage with no change in price, so the thought occurred to me to write a quick note here.

The limit is a maximum number of messages. Once you reach that maximum number, it will drop off the oldest message when a new one is received. The limit is easily adjustable and was arbitrarily set at the time. I'll let Richard decide if the limit should be adjusted up.

Either way, if there is information that you want saved, you should move the message to your "Savebox".
