I made a low level mount adapter for it to get the camera down lower since the top of the Solstice windshield frame is very low compared to the deck lid height. Also works well to mount to flat glass. Note if running SCCA events, national events require a safety tether for any camera mounted outside. We use a inexpensive dog leash clipped to the camera and secured by threading the pass seatbelt through the leash handle and latching.
