Jeff at Carolina Auto Masters is a good guy, I've been to TZC dyno days there before and had a good time.

Phantasm on Capital also has a dyno and is available for group rates. You have to park around the block until it's your turn on the dyno, but it's not bad, and the location is good.

I was thinking we could do CAM again. He has the grill and we could make a day of it.

Just seeing if there is interest for a dyno day right now...

I will be over there tomorrow morning. It is about the only benefit of working in downtown Durham. Get to dyno the car when I want to :-)

OK, time to bring this up again. I'm thinking some time in Nov at CAM in Durham. If we can 10 or so folks to commit, I'll call them up and see what our options are in respect to dates and cost. This way you can base line your car and we'll shoot for another one in March for the "after mods" winter months.

Let me know....

Depending on what it costs, I could be persuaded to go. Even though I'm stuck with whatever numbers I get, I'm curious to see how the S2000 dynos.

Same here, would be nice to have a baseline to use in the future in case something ends up feeling off.

I'm in, depending on the weekend of course, probably with two cars if I can figure out how to get them there...

I'd like to strap ol' yeller back on the dyno and see what she makes without the high rpm miss. I'm in unless I have a schedule conflict.

Depending on the date, it'd be interesting to see what the Slowtege's got.

The shop next to me on main street in Fuquay has a new dyno. They are very open to dyno days and the owner and I have become friends. They have hosted a vette club, and are doing a Cobra club day. If there is interest, I will be glad to be a contact/ go between. I think they charge
50.00 a car, but don't quote me on that. LMK.

Is there still some interest in this? I'm kinda curious to get a baseline for the Miata.

Can the chassis dyno accommodate a very low ground clearance formula car with "spindly" potential tiedown points?
Can it read power levels as low as 85 or 90 at the wheels?
Is there room for a tow vehicle and trailer?
