So Wes and I were talking the other day... He was reading something in the paper about sensitivity training...

Then it happened, a stroke of genius, I realized there is money to be made!

Let's look at this from the management perspective, you have one unhappy employee who doens't like the asmosphere at work, next thing you know you are paying to have the whole group go to "sensitivity training."

My idea?

"Thick Skin Training."

Why shut the place down for one whiner? Send that person out for training, toughen them up a bit. Teach them that insults are how people say they care.

Corporate america would save millions of dollars, and I could get rich charging a hefty fee for the class! I'll be taking applications for instructors shortly, so please work on your resumes!

I've already been through this course, it's called USMC. It's one of the prime reasons I can't stand this civilian world I've become part of. I've found that you can't communicate directly and honestly, you've got to use tact and watch your tone... it just reduces the ability to communicate.
