 Post subject: Porsche event in Charlotte this past Wednesday?

I was in Charlotte for business on Wednesday and saw several different Porsches in the Concord Area and along 485 towards south Charlotte/Matthews area with white numbers on the rear side windows.

FWIW, I saw a pretty red 944, a Cayman, and several older 911's.

Did anyone attend this event from the club?

Porsche Parade is going on this week. That's the biggest PCA event of the year. It moves around every year, and this year Charlotte had it. The autocross is ON Lowes Motor Speedway and the course was supposedly designed by Rob Falkner. I desperately wanted to go, but our family beach trip nixed that, the DC Pro, and the Toledo Pro. *sigh*

Yeah, the home base for the event was the Westin in Uptown. I walk by there everyday for work, and it was tough seeing new Cayman's and 911's all around the hotel ;) - AB
