Dealer backs out of eBay auction for 08 M3

Long story short: Dealer posts an 08 M3 on eBay at 60k with no reserve and only one guy bids on it. The dealer then calls him after the auction ends and says "it was a mistake" and that they won't sell him the car at that price.

Sounds like the sales manager in charge of the dealership's internet division doesn't have much experience with Ebay or doesn't know what a reserve price is. How did this not get over $60k?

well at the current rate of exchange and the corresponding Republican devaluation of our currency, $60k ain't much. unless of course those are Canadian Dollars. :twisted:

from what i have read on the "other" forum, this dealer has done this in the past also. hard to believe actually. but they are in Nebraska.

Damn, did we finally make W the King? Last I checked he had to have help from Congress for such shenanigans. Last I checked on that, the Dems control Congress.
