Actually, Moss is a criminal. Ask the kid he put in the hospital in Dupont City, West Virginia (Home of Dupont High School where Moss played). But like any star in a small town, he is like teflon. The police brought assault charges on him while he was in high school, but the sherriff dropped them because he would have been kicked off the football team. Of course the team was having an incredible year so the conspiracies were rampant.

My inlaws live there, so I'm up there on a semi regular basis. He is not a well liked person in Charleston.

Funny story...There is a sign as you enter Dupont City, "Dupont City Home of NBA Star Jason Williams and NFL Star Randy Moss" The funny thing is, every time they put Moss' name back on the sign, it gets defaced somehow.

The people of Dupont City, West Virginia are probably the biggest Giants fans outside of the Tri-State area right now.
