Turns out in Pittsboro where the new house is has no access to traditional high speed internet. No cable and too far from the local CO to get DSL. So I'm trying the Alltel broad band card.

What I want to do is network all the home computers together so all can access the internet via this card. Of course the card is wireless to the Alltel network and has no external connections so can't plug any cable to it.

Presently in Raleigh) I have the network set up through a wireless hub connected through a cable modem to Time Warner. So I have cables or wireless from all computers to the hub.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Ron

Ron, I would buy one of these:

Put in your wireless air card or hook up an EVDO phone as a modem and you're golden. - AB

Thanks Aaron. In searching the web that seems to be the choice many are making. But seems many are having trouble getting that router to work with Alltel. Guess I'll have to keep up with what finally works.
