Back on topic, one of our Track Team is bringing a spankin' new 135i coupe to VIR-North this weekend!

Driver will remain nameless... 8)

Will it be available for test drives? Maybe rentals for sessions?

Rent an Elise and parking it under a rock. j/k

Interesting...

I sent that link to a friend and he called. He said:

"he runs it out of his house. it sounds legit and at the same time it puts you at a very high risk b/c they expect the car to come back exactly like it was when it left. if you get rock chips or flat or any of that, you have to pay 1/2 of their deductable to fix it.

he said the lotus is in the shop right now b/c the previous renter blew the engine and it cost 11.5k to fix it.

i wouldn't do it from this guy right now. he said all of the business is run out of his house and he owns all the cars. (2 lotus, Ferrari F430, and Gallardo) He said they are working on a webpage right now and that this is a new business in the Raleigh area so they dont have a shop."

Ferrari F430

Say no more! Friggin' sweet!

Edit:

I called and spoke with the gentleman about the cars and it's actually a big operation based out of Cary. FWIW, a 430 goes for $3500 for three days...

Back on topic, a month's rental fee for a F430 = a new BMW 135i
