For FS the big question may be how well the irs works and how big and heavy the car is. The current Mustang is pretty big and is doing well, especially in low/stiff Shelby trim, but I'm not sure anything bigger (if the gomaro is bigger) would fit between the cones, especially at the typical THSCC events with lots of thread the needle.

Probably true on all counts. The new Camaro does look a bit excessively chunky, kind of like the Tonka Edition Ford truck, but Marty can probably find the stats for a size comparison with the Mustang and the old F-bodies. Anyone running the new Mustang in ESP, and how is it doing there? (I'm guessing that's the class for it.)

As to IRS, I firmly believe that FS as a class should only be open to live rear axles. Isn't that the real reason the Corvette isn't in FS? It can't be the plastic body, my F-body is mostly plastic too.
