I'm all for changing the club name to...

Tarheel Ricer Show & Shine Club...where we spare no expense to out bling the other clubs...

hey, I have the clear coat falling off of the 328 (again), but you have to profile when you're going up and down Glennwood south...right? Can't have those scratches in the 5er...hard to pick up women when yo ride ain't the shinizal...dawg....

later home boys...

BTW, worked on the trunk lid (boot for you english types) for about 2 hours last night. I'm pretty please with the results so far. The majority of the surface swirls came out, but the deep scratches are proving to be a challange. Right now I'm thinking the whole car has been repainted or at least recleard. Never quit seen this type of pitting/scratches before. This will teach me to by a car during the height of pollen season.

Silly boy, you already know the answer. You see it at the track all the time. Blue Painters tape of course.

Now you mention it though. I've been told Gaffers tape works even better. And it comes in all sorts of colors :D I'm thinking for the 4th of July event I'll be using a red, white and blue theme

They even have a nice shade of Mauve that would look good with Hawaiian Orchid

Maybe for the next Novice school we should take an hour to explain the proper application of painters tape and shelf liner to protect the finish from cone marks  You could do a stint on the use of Mr. Green and Mr. Clean :P

After a dozen track events I'm starting to give in to the fact that I would need a whole car condom to protect it. I still try but the abuse is showing. The waxer in me thinks the track guy in me is a rotten bastard! Fortunately the new medication is helping, kinda.

And after that, explain to them that they should stay off cell phones and chairs when courseworking

Ahhhhhhhh, I think I hear the wimpering cry of the faithful Worker Coordinator who's already found what a frustrating job the WC really is.
