Pro Recommendations for house maintenance and repair?

1. Our gutters suck. I think they are causing more harm than if they were not there. So I may need new gutters or at least someone who can rework them.

2. We have a couple of areas that the water has damaged.

3. The old place will need its windows scraped, some new putty and paint.

Leaf Gaurd. Worth every penny. I'll never own a home again without installing them. They rock!

How long have you guys had LeafGuard gutters?

Since Hurricane Fran. She tore up my original gutters pretty good. I have had 0 issues with the Leaf Guards. Never need to clean them is true. They just work.

Last summer. First Fall/Spring in 20 years that I have not had to clean gutters. They do, in fact, catch the water even in HEAVY rain.

$3600 for gutters? :shock:

Is that the going rate for gutters, or are these guys just really proud of their product?

That is alot for gutters, but it's not just gutters I guess.

IIRC, we paid ~$8-900 for gutters on our house about 2 years ago, nothing special or fancy, just seamless gutters with downspouts.
