When we were still in Raleigh, my wife also had good luck with Staker Chiropractic, but I agree with Graham on this one. See the docs in the correct order.

Good luck Jim!

I hurt my back at a tender age as well*. The therapist made me do lots of leg stretching and LOTS of crunches(strengthens the core to support the back. You also look good in a mankini)

* A two seat gocart fell on me.

Hey I hear CCR is looking for trophy girls for the NCAC this year. You might want to apply.

PS - To add relevant content -- I have had minor recurring back problems too and while I have never had an x-ray, I did go to PT a few years back. I keep the stack of "Strengthening Exercises" instruction papers up in the bonus room and try to do them whenever I feel something coming up. After doing plenty of internet research I finally understand how keeping muscles strengthened all around the spine can help support it. Seems that our relatively sedentary modern lifestyle just doesn't keep those muscles in shape as well as our hunter/gatherer ancestors who were constantly on their feet fighting for survival!
