For those who haven't see it, this is Tom B's new track ride. He isn't called Turbo Tom for nothing. Here are some stats on the car:
Conservative 410 RWHP, expects to make 520+ once the final tune is done
2430 lbs with driver and full fuel.
Over 1 G on track according to the datalogger in it's shake down runs
Huge Brakes with Wilwood calipers (14" I beleive)

hopefully we will get to see it run in about 2 weeks. Even compared to his 480 RWHP 300ZX, this thing is a monster.

They built almost everything from scratch.

Sorry that my question wasn't clear. Who was the original manufacturer of the IRS? Ford, Nissan, etc.

And I think he is saying it was fabricated from scratch. Certainly doesn't look OEM. Very beautifully executed machine!

Most of it was cut from aluminum stock on a mill machine. The LSD is a Comp R200. The shafts are Nissan, and all the mounts, braces positions, and just about everything else were all made custom.

The Intake, exhaust, and Turbo mounts were also custom make. I think the Intake came out great.

Unfortunately, while Tom will be at Rockingham doing an instructor mini-clinic, we won't get to see this beast run... did you SEE how low the front lip is? No chance that thing would survive the Rock... same reason we don't see any radicals out there.
