It isn't coming real close, but for those who want to give it a shot, it will be in DC at FedEx field August 26-27. It has a new corporate sponsor with Chevy replacing Mazda. It looks like it will be Corvettes and Cobalt SSs. The Cobalt SS will be used for the competition. Too bad they won't let you drive the Z06. You have to ride shot gun with a pro driver. There are also Karts to drive for what appears to be an additional fee.

In honor of the 2 time winner of this event, it should be renamed the Mark "The Alien" Daddio Invitational.

The winner (Mark) gets a new Cobalt SS Supercharged.
