I'll be starting work selling Subarus at Southern States on Tuesday, in case you'd like to wait a day or two and help me sell my first car...

Arrrrgh. I already called and talked to Gene Isaac there and got a price on it. Will likely go check it out today. I'm really busy the rest of the week and it's basically an hour from my house over there, so today just worked out. Sorry. Besides, I'm generally a jerk to car salesman, so you wouldn't like me no more. ;)

Congrats on the new job -- now who's going to be doing test drives, you or the customer?

You're basing that on the fact that he already likes you now right?

Grey '05 in the house!

Damn, I don't even know Cosby, but he seems to have *me* pegged! :)

Congrats on the 05, now time to get rid of the 04, unless it was traded. :D

Can't get rid of the '04 just yet...Eric and Chris are going to race it this weekend in Danville. But it will be for sale soon. If anyone is interested, speak now and let me know *how* you want it. My plan was to pull everything and put it back to stock, but I can easily get new stuff and leave it. Currently it has:

Koni singles in WRX inserts
Addco 32mm front sway bar
Titanium cat-back exhaust
silver OEM wheels with RE070's on it that have about 7k miles on them
Kenwood DDX-7015 video head unit with iPod *and* aux interface (no nav, but you can add that)

I have stock struts I can put back on it. I have stock swaybar and exhaust from the '05 I can put on it if I were to swap components. I have a another set of OEM silver '04 wheels and a set of 17x7.5 SSR GT7 Competitions (which you can see in Danville on the car and were what was on it in Sanford). Also have the stock 6 disk changer head unit from the '05 that I can swap in instead.

Note the car does have a couple dings that can be taken out by a Dent Wizard type pretty easily, but it's never had any significant damage. 15k miles. Service kept up to date. Anyway, if anyone is fairly seriously interested in the car, let me know which parts you'd want with it and I can work up a price.

To bad, I was looking forward to see them handle the "Black 1988 Buick LeSabre T-Type" through the course.

Peterson doesn't have the sack to race the Buick.

Aaron should put the Saab back together as an X-Class spec beater. Win the race, win the car.

Oh, if the stock exhaust ends up staying around, let me know. I can't promise that I can take it off your hands (if you plan on getting rid of it), but I have been looking, and if it's the right price (meaning, currently affordable by me) then I would love to pick one up. Thanks.

Donnie,

Out of curiosity, why are you staying with the STi? It's heavy and has a high pax index as far as autoX. Do you track it too?

Chris

I believe he is ProSolo'ing the car, and likes the AWD launch advantage for the standing starts.

When someone who has had all the cars he has had says he likes driving the car b/c it is fun, I take it seriously ;)
