I will. They will only serve you one to begin with just to make sure you have the cahones. $.50 to see a grown man cry is always worth it.

You'll have to ask Wes about the flavor.....as I don't have those cahones.

I like ECW they are some of the best wings I have ever had.

There is a neat little Diner Style restraount over off of Tryon road, called Barry's Cafe, cheap , fun and I have yet to have anything bad.

I have been to Fraisers, but I like Porters Tavern better, good Tempura Green Beans apitizer.

My favorite Mexican is Los Tres Magueyes In Cary by the K-Mart.

Porters is good, we have had good meals there. Bahama Breeze also, but loud. Irregardless across from Charlie Goodnights, Duck and Dumpling and Moe's Diner downtown

Adam, just got back from dinner @ the Peak City Grill. downtown Apex. been meaning to go there for a while now. they have spent a ton of money on the interior (and exterior) of the building. the food is an ecclectic blend of traditional upscale fare. steaks, chops, seafood & ala carte sides. they offer a chef's specials menu also. had the BBQ duck quesadilia appetizer, pepper rubbed filet w/ gorgonzola sauce, side of sauteed spinach and some potato thing i don't think i ordered. the sides are large enough to split between two people. oh yeah, the salad was mixed greens with red & yellow tomatoes. the wife had the salmon which was grilled on a slab of wood. almost too sophistimicated for my Budweiser gargling pallette. try it. i hope it takes hold. there ain't doodley down this end of the county.

Tabasco?!? I can drink Tobasco like tomato juice and I wouldn't touch one of these wings. The dissclaimer claimed the extract used was 1000 times as hot as a jalapeno pepper. I don't think "taste" is a consideration with this wing, its just a gimic to get your picture on the wall. I doubt you taste much during or after eating one of these things...

I worked at a sub and wing shop while in college. We had a promotional gimmic where we would give a free bucket of any style wing to the person who could finish just one of our special hot wings. Many tried and, if I recall correctly, couldn't get passed the first bite. This was in NY, home of the real wing too :) All we did was mix a tiny bit of butter(for bonding) in with Korean pepper. That was all. We had to be very careful when mixing the pepper or when we rinsed out the mixing container. If that stuff got in the air it would burn your eyes.
