i have looked but can't find Mike Whitney's list of contractors that are worth a damn. anyway, i need a landscape contractor for periodic bed maintennance and paver / drainage installation. i have drainage swales on either side of my narrow driveway that i would like to eliminate while adding pavers to my driveway area.

i have contacted two contractors to no avail. short of initiating my own landscaping business (these guys must be so busy that they would appreciate the competition) i would welcome some help with a contact or two. thanks.

No problem. I have this list bookmarked. Maybe it should be made sticky Image -- hey, who's an admin around here? :)

I made it a sticky for now. We may want to consider a forum for "classic threads". Basically threads that are helpful. Otherwise we will just have a bunch of stuff stuck at the top of each forum. :D

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.
