Good day:

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with a layer from Franklinton, or could refer a Traffic Court lawyer for a speeding ticket. This is not for me... etc etc

If you could, just post some names, or PM me some references that you have had good experiences with that could help in this situation. I would greatly appreciate it.
