This guy's display was on the CBS evening news tonight (12/9). He has received an offer to do a beer commercial, and was flown to a concert by the Trans Siberian Orchestra, and obviously received all kinds of publicity. What I thought was neat was the way the Trans Siberian Orchestra responded. They did something nice for the guy instead of threatening him with some kind of really stupid lawsuit for using or broadcasting their music without permission. He probably deserves a commission!

This guy will probably be more responsible for increasing sales of their CDs than anything the band has done on its own in the last five years!

I spent quite a bit of time listening to their music today. The TSO has a number of their CDs available through Rhapsody. Great stuff.

I have a feeling the creator of the light display will have more than 15 minutes of fame out of this.
