Cross-posted from the THSCC mail list...

Buy some raffle tickets for a good cause! THSCC donated money to the RMH from a recent night event. I'm ordering a ticket myself, so some lucky devil can drive a nice car :)

Note that the deadline is Nov. 2.

Subject: Ronald McDonald House BMW Z4 Raffle

Hi Mike -

Hadn't heard anything for awhile, so I thought I'd just drop you a note to
check in about seeing what TSCC might be able to do to help us promote our
car raffle for a 2004 BMW Z4.

As you can imagine, we're hoping to get as close as possible to selling out
our tickets more than you could possibly imagine.

I'm attaching a flyer once again promoting the raffle. Also, members can
visit our website at www.chapelhillrmh.net to order tickets.

Thanks again so much for help you can provide - hope you're doing well!

Regards -

I have bought my ticket, and will probably buy another; my daughter is working with RMH and is encouraging me to get another ticket since they are now going to cap the tickets at 1,000. That sales level will just cover costs (unless the dealer cuts them some more slack), but it makes those tickets much more likely to be a winner.
AND, the website takes PayPal, so you can pay as easily as you register for an event (actually easier, since your ticket registration information comes directly from PayPal). It has never been easier to win a BMW (opinion expressed by author and may bear no resembalance to fact).
