My wife and I have our inspection tomorrow on our 970 sq. ft. ITB dream mansion  and was wondering if there were any particular key questions I should address to the inspector? It sounds like it should be very informative and hopefully we won't find too many surprises.

Pretty good. Just a couple of minor things.

What SUV did you get?

- Ask about the breaker box in the house

- Was there standing water under the house

- Sump pump? What type of water (well, city)

Eh, I don't know any other questions off the top of my head. As long as you got a well referred home inspector, he should tell you a LOT of good info about the house.

Let me know if you get the house!!!

PS. I have the house warming beer ready ;)

Still driving that Wrangler that I brought to your house a while back. Let me know if you need any help moving.
