where to buy??

long story short - so my downpipe comes in contact with some heat shielding on the stearing rack...i've bent the heat shielding as much as i can, but the downpipe still hits it and rattles like crazy at some RPMs and when i go over bumps.

so, i'm going to remove the heat shielding and replace it with this...jegs wants to charge me $9 shipping and handling, which I'm not fond of...anyone know a local shop that i can this stuff up at, or a suitable substitute that can be found locally?

talk with R&J custom exhaust in Apex. sounds to me like a spot weld or two might help. maybe a fabricated bracket.
