I made the Sausage dip that was in the blue crock pot next to the sink. It was not the slightly yellow colored dip further away from the sink.
Here is the recipe:
1 package sausage 12 oz. - 16 oz.
1 medium onion diced up. optional
1 can rotel tomatoes with green chillies
1 8 oz. package creme cheese
1. Break up the sausage and brown it like ground beef with the onion. Drain off the greese.
2. add the can of rotel with juices to the sausage and onions and simmer for a few min.
3. Add the creme chesse and mix until it is melted and blended well.
4. Pig out with chips and feel your colesterol (sp) number rising.
At the party I made a triple batch with one hot sausage, one regular sausage, and one mild sausage because that is what I had on hand. I also used the regular not the hot or milder rotel.
