Pretty sweet. Working at Crossroads Ford I remember some of the drag racers talking about EM-based shocks that are coupled with accelerometers to minimize wheel lift, etc.

Between that and a solenoid-actuated valve train, cars will be using more power to run than they'll actually make. Not really, but electric power is a fairly inneficient way to generate mechanical motion.
