Wow. I wonder how they were able to get a copy of the tape though. Do you think the guy just gave it to them when they asked for it?

Old news man, come on keep up this is sooooooo last monday :P

The tape will NEVER hold up in court, EVER. The conditions of its seizure are laughable. There are many threads , including ones by the poeple pulled over, on this on several of the VW boards.

But truely if you are going to do stupid things don't videotape them :roll:

No, stupid activities need to be videotaped. But for God's sake, don't volunteer the video to the cops who pull you over for reckless driving! And hey, if you're showing it off to the cops, why not to a TV news crew who shows up on the scene! That was the truly stupid activity! And, of course, the news crews knew enough to get that on camera... :)
