http://vimeo.com/52329108this is world tae kwon do federation style...i do international tae kwon do federation style,we dont wear those chest pads.we have sparring gear sure,but no chest pads,only elbow,shin,head,foot,gloves,and that.world tae kwon do federation is what you see in olympics..its for points,ITF style is more closely related to "actual" tae kwon do styles...more related to combat styles and self defense styles.That is my take on it anyhow.Non olympic style,only for self defense and battlefield.i bet you didnt know there are many different styles of the same art?And actually korean food is not all dog..There are a few korean places around raleigh,even a all korean market on 70.They are actually prettty good,dolsat bibambop is my favorite,jajungmyun is good too.
