Are there any home inspectors in the club, or any recommendations for someone to do it for me.

We're looking at a foreclosure in the Clayton/Hwy 42E area and while I can see the obvious stuff that needs repair/attention, I'd really like someone to give it a more professional assessment before we put in an offer.

I just had a home inspection last week and was very happy with the inspector.

Fred Herndon:

They spent nearly 4 hours on a 2100 square foot house and were very thorough.

Fred Herndon has done both of our home inspections as well. I have been 100% satisfied. I second the recommendation, he is *very* thorough.
