Clarkson, as so often is the case, made a fatal mistake. He chose the Mazda-based V6 Cougar for this challenge. If he were driving a proper V8 Cougar like Robert Plank's, he would have won easily :)

word. they put the 383 cu in v8 in those cars. i would just put a mustang gt350 v8 in it though.
