many OEM BMW parts (including "factory" reman'ed stuff) are stupidly expensive.

That's crazy cheap!

Got off the phone with the appraiser and sounds like he finally gave the go ahead to replace "everything" and is going to only depreciate one tirod by 50% (I pay 50% of the part cost). I'm not sure what changed his mind and I did not ask. Now I need to find out what everything is.
