i have always heard the expression "Fix Or Repair Daily"


but apparently Crossroads Ford believes more in the theory of "Found On the Road Dead". something about their repair facility being able to resurrect anything..............

yes, sometimes i forget what part of the country i live in......... 8)

Only the 69 had a fix on the road issue . . . Clutch linkage rod bent.
I quickly learned to start the engine in gear and shift w/o clutch.

OOPS!!! :oops: Forgot about the 97 blowing the intake manifold water passage . . . fortunately near home rather than out of town. Needed towing and a new manifold. That was a triumph of physics over chemistry.

Any other repairs have been minimal.

I'm also a Ford owner. I have a F150 that drags the Miata around, before that had a Ranger. Neither has given me too much grief.

Ford means our f250 turbo diesel truck. Which is actually powered by a International Harvester engine..
The legendary 7.3l turbo diesel v8. While some of their cars are actually mazadas, they seem decent enough. I rather like the new Taurus. Actually I would like to have a escort cosworth or rs200.

ford can make decent cars.. maybe someday we will get the ford focus turbo. the 200 hp turbo fwd focus. or the escort cosworth.
