Ok so sense Zach twisted my arm by sending me a text with this forum post I guess I'll put in my 2 cents.
This is something I've actually been thinking about doing this year. I was planning on talking to you Rodney come the first autocross event. I'm thinking of making 2 videos. One mid way threw the year after points 4 and one at the end of the year maybe for the Xmas party or something.
I currently have 5 video editing softwears installed right now. Iv been playing around with my GoPro pretty hardcore for the last 2 weeks or so. I'd love to find someone with a actually video camera at can record 1080P HD Video. But I could do everything on the GoPro if i had to. I have a external microphone for it already and access to at least 10 or so tripods/monopods.
I have been flip flopping on my ideas for the first video which basicly would be a mashup/spoof video of the BBC F1 intro from last year, with abit of Top Gear filmography. My only concern is I wanna get some shots no one has seen before. Like getting the camera up high so you can get a downward shot of a car going threw the sweeper and Danville. So the question is how far is to far for getting the angles people really wanna see.
But I'm up for the challenge. Makes me think I'm going to need a new computer with much more hard drive space than before once I get everyone run videos in my downloads folder.

What do you guys think and It wont be tonight till I can respond because as of now I've gotta get back to work.
