DAYUM.

Stoopid Parallels on my Mac is interfering with my iRacing, plus I upgraded to Lion O/S and apparently, my XP won't run on Bootcamp with that O/S.

The whole rig cost me about what 2.5 HPDE weekends would have cost, and now I have unlimited virtual track time. ;-)

I will be at (the real) VIR in September though!

Now that's a VK approved wheel and shifter. I think you still need to label the cupholder and each pedal, before its complete.

I've started a THSCC "league" with the new iRacing feature. Feel free to add yourself as a member: http://members.iracing.com/membersite/m ... league=219

Maybe this can help us organize THSCC iRacing events. Who's up for a VIR test session to prepare for the September HPDE? :) Or maybe even a race...

We just need to agree on a day & time and I'll set up a session.

How's this Saturday the 11th? What time would work best for everyone?

We used up our 'reset' button already at the VIR-N race so hopefully Magnum, PU won't need to use that iRacing feature this weekend.

Man, it's killing me pushing all my track events this year to the Fall. September can't get here fast enough!

Better late than never?

I've been off iRacing for a couple years now (at least 18 months anyway) [EDIT: OK, 15 months... but still!] ... but now that it's available natively for Mac, I'm BACK!!

Let's try to get this started back up, now that the season is winding down

Thoughts?

Driving Force GT will prob be your most reasonably priced wheel w/900 degree rotation... sky's the limit from there though
