Yeah, I believe Rodney is gathering information from Bowie Sr. about what kind of heads up etc he needs and was going to post a thread on it soon. But yeah, It should be posted somewhere I agree.

Time to start letting us know if you're going to show up or not for the Party. This will be held again at Bill's BBQ in Wilson on Dec 3rd. Price per person is $10 and we will have the large room again, so PLENTY of dance and gaming floor!! Doors open at 6p. In regard to the calendar, I've asked Carl and ME to add the date. Sorry about not getting this posted sooner....

We need to start taking a head count, so please post asap so we can get attendees numbers to Bill's for food.

I'll start out, 3 attending the party; Pam, Jordan and myself.

As I had mentioned before, please bring some food to support the Raleigh food bank. Details for what they need are here....

FYI, for anyone who's noob to the club, the date (1st Saturday in December) has been the same for as long as I've been a member AFAIK. Bowie booked this year's party the Monday after last year's, and has done so for the past 5 years. Translation...it will be the first Saturday in December 2012 for those who can't follow the trend.

Rodney, you may want to mention ballots, and membership renewals too. The renewal thing is a sore subject, but I'd recommend you write a check (not cash) for your renewal. In case your membership renewal status is questioned by Mr. Casto (to be fair, Richard can only go off Bowie's data) you will have proof that you did indeed renew your membership.

Put me down for (2), me and the wife.

What VK said.... Voting and renewing for next year will happen at the party. We'll also have the raffle and 50/50, so bring some extra cash w/ you. BYOB/W/L is allowed, there will be no cash bar.
