The wife doesn't have that kind of patience... so we went ahead and cancelled today (kept the hybrid VOIP phone service and of course 10meg net).
The next call will be to DishNetwork to try again to get my HD channels straightened out.
BTW... does anyone know if there is a public app for droid, iphone or ipad that has the DishNetwork satellites on them? (In case I gotta do it myself.)
The techs that were out a few months ago had one for droid, and basically that's how they determined where the satellites were, but holding up the phone to the sky and seeing on the screen approximate locations.
OR... if anyone knows where I can get the actual names of the satellites so I can use the Star Walk app maybe to locate them?
(This all sounds way too "Mike Whitney" for me) LOL
